Simple Introduction of JWT Rubber Keypad Producing Operations

As one mature silicone rubber manufacture in China, JWT rubber plastic co.,ltd is professinal in OEM&ODM products. Also we have a over 10 years experience engineer team, who can help you make you idea come ture. Our major products are rubber keypad and passive radiator diaphragm. Now I would like to show you how we make the rubber keypad.

Always we need our custom's drawing(CAD), or they would like to buy our original products. Then we will according to the product to buy raw material, this period needs 4-5 days. During this time, our engineer will design the special mold for oroducts. Then we will start the production process. When the raw material come in our warehouse, our iqc must make a selective inspection on it ,  then the qualified raw material can be put into our operation line. 
Milling
Firstly, the material milling, mixing the additions and rubber together to make sure the rubber's characteristics can meet custom specifications.

Molding
Our molding lines are all automotive, such as the LSR molding(liquid silicone rubber). 

IPQC
During producing process, QC will make the IPQC to make sure the product quality stability.

PEELING
After molding, operator will remove the waste from products, this process called peeling.

LE (Laser Etching)
According to product drawing, the transparent place shuld be laser etching.

Spraying 
On the color agreement from custom, we spray the ink on product.

Printing
After spraying, the poduct still need printing. We have 2 lines automotive spraying , printing, baking line.

FQC
The almost final step of production process, qc inspector will make FQC, all the qualified product will be package, the unqualified products will give back to producting line to rework or store into the NG basket.

Package
After QC staff make sure the product quality, the qualified product will be package into carton box, then shipped out.

These above are the common process  of JWT, we will according to the specific product to adjust the producting process.
